Lower Dorcol is one of the trendiest districts in the Serbian capital. Today, its tree-lined streets are lined with quirky coffee shops, eccentric-themed cocktail bars, artisanal stores, and independent art galleries. The area is popular with the expat and Digital Nomad population of Belgrade. The streets of Dorcol are lined with cafes where hip, attractive locals sit beneath cabanas and catch up with their friends over a steaming cappuccino. Furthermore you will find a wide selection of restaurants that serve up both local and international classic dishes. For everyday shopping there are several modern supermarkets in walking distance. And it's only a 5-8 minute walk to the historic and beautiful Kalemegdan park. This alined with the wonderful riverside promenade where you can walk, run, bike all the way to Galeria Mall and ADA Lake. The apartment is located in a quiet street with around the corner also the beautiful Orthodox Church of Alexander Nevsky (Cara Dusana 63A). It was built in honour of the Russian volunteers who fought alongside Serbian soldiers in the country’s fight for independence from the Ottoman Turks.

Excluding Utilities -gas/water/electricity/internet - around 140 euro a month We directly provide a white-card for foreign Nationals. Private tendants require proof of income/ financial coverage. No Pets or Commercial Activities allowed
